Build
I expected this build to be straightforward but hit two roadblocks: (1) Duke's network does not allow SSH, and (2) the Raspberry Pi 5 has no hardware video encoder. I rebuilt my OS to optimize for encoding stereoscopic data. On a standard pipeline I could only achieve 10 fps with grayscale; on my final build used on pigs, the system achieved 75 fps with RGB. I used a Raspberry Pi 5 and two IMX219 8 MP cameras.
